Snow Plow Operator

and help keep our clients moving all season long!


Were looking for dependable, safety-minded operators to clear snow and ice from commercial and residential properties across our service area. This is a

seasonal part-time/on-call position

running from

November 15 through April 15

, with flexible hours depending on weather conditions.

What Youll Do:

Safely operate plow trucks, sanders, and salters for snow and ice removal Provide reliable, high-quality snow services for our customers Assist with shoveling, sanding, and salting as needed Maintain communication with your supervisor during snow events Keep equipment in good working order and report any maintenance issues

What We Offer:

1.5x hourly pay

for hours worked

before 7:00 a.m. and after 3:30 p.m.

MondayFriday

1.5x hourly pay

for

weekend work

2x hourly pay

for

holiday shifts

All work is local to Chittenden County A collaborative, team-oriented environment that values dependability and hard work

What Were Looking For:

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record Prior experience with snow plowing or equipment operation preferred Strong attention to safety and detail Reliability and flexibilitysnow doesnt keep a set schedule! Potential to work full-time, year-round
