About the Role:
We're looking for dependable, hardworking team members who show up ready to get the job done. You should have the strength and stamina to handle long shifts in cold, demanding conditions, work well alongside others in a fast-paced environment, and bring proven experience operating snow removal and plow equipment. Reliability and teamwork are a must--if that sounds like you, we'd love to have you on our crew!Key Responsibilities:
Operate our heavy duty truck with snow plow and salter. Safely and efficiently remove snow and ice from assigned areas in a timely manner. Apply de-icing materials as needed to maintain safe surfaces. Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed effectively. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
