Plow Driver
andSidewalk Crew Lead
to join our team.Position Overview
This role includes
on-call snow removal
during the winter season andregular fall clean-up hours
Monday-Thursday, with occasional Fridays.No weekends during fall clean-up
.Key Responsibilities
Operate commercial plow trucks for snow removal Operate snow blowers, sidewalk machines, and related equipment Lead or assist sidewalk crews and residential snow routes Assist with salting as needed Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills with team members
Schedule
Snow Season:
On-call based on weather; hours vary depending on snow eventsFall Clean-Up Season:
Monday-Thursday, occasional Fridays,no weekends
Requirements
Ability to lift 50 lbs Ability to work on your feet for 8+ hours Valid driver's license Industry-related experience preferred
