Job Description
The Snow Plow Driver at Cutting Edge plays a vital role in supporting snow removal operations by maintaining commercial properties during the upcoming winter season. This is an on-call position, meaning work hours will vary depending on weather conditions and workload. The ideal candidate is someone who has a valid driver's license with prior experience, is someone that pays attention to detail and can be counted on.
Responsibilities:
Operate a snow plow equipped with ice melt liquid tanks Complete required paperwork Perform pre-trip inspection on work truck and equipment Remove snow in drive lanes and parking stalls Assist with snow removal, site cleanup, and other winter-related tasks Operate equipment safely (training provided) Follow directions and work efficiently with the team Maintain safety standards on all job sites
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test Must be available on short notice during snow events Ability to work outdoors in cold weather conditions Dependable and punctual Must have reliable transportation to and from our shop
Schedule:
On-call, as needed during the winter months Must be available during weekends and holidays Shifts can vary
Pay:
Competitive -- based on experience Supplemental Pay
Services ranging from lawn care maintenance and design, to asphalt care and snow removal. Building strong relationships within our community for over 25 years.
Pay: Starting at $19.00 / hour
