About the Role:

Join our dedicated team as a Snow Equipment Operator, where you'll play a vital role in keeping our community safe and accessible during winter storms. This physically demanding, outdoor position requires working in challenging weather conditions to clear snow from driveways, sidewalks, parking lots, and roadways. Your hard work will directly impact the safety and well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate Skid Steer/Loaders. Safely and efficiently remove snow and ice from assigned areas in a timely manner. Apply de-icing materials as needed to maintain safe walkways and surfaces. Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed effectively. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times. Technologically savvy to use our software for accurate and timely service reporting. On-call availability 7 days a week, varied shift hours.

Excellent attendance is essential, especially as winter weather can be unpredictable.

Ability to work long hours in cold weather and handle physically demanding tasks.

Experience:

Previous experience in snow removal with plow equipment is required.
