Foxlink is expanding its business by launching a new manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Foxlink Texas Inc. will produce SMT (Surface?Mount Technology) electronic products. We are seeking an experienced SMT Quality Manager to oversee and ensure the quality standards of surface mount technology (SMT) manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, with a focus on PCB assembly, soldering, and quality control. This role involves managing quality assurance protocols, conducting inspections, and collaborating with manufacturing teams to maintain high-quality production outputs. The position offers an opportunity to lead quality initiatives within a dynamic manufacturing environment, emphasizing precision, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

:

I) Rich experience in quality cost, risk assessment etc management

II) familiar with IQC KPI

Proficient in using (FMEA/seven QC methods/GR&R/8D?to analyze and solve problems Have basic professional knowledge related to the electronic processing and manufacturing industry (electronic components, plastic parts, hardware, etc.)
III) SMT quality management

Be familiar with SMT process flow and the IPC-A-610D international standard Proficient in the seven QC tools, SPC, FMEA, MSA, GR&R, 8D and other quality tools Be familiar with the SMT process quality control and abnormal problem handling procedures. Be familiar with the AQL sampling standards for products
IV) Supplier Quality Management?

Have effective supplier management and auditing capabilities Have the ability to assess and manage risks and be capable of identifying and responding to various risks in the supply chain.
V) Have working experience in handling abnormal customer complaints.

VI) Be familiar with and understand the measurement tools related to quality assurance?

Detection tools such as OMM, XRF, altimeter, LCR, etc?
VII) Be familiar with the statistics of process yield?

VIII) Quality system?

Be familiar with ISO9001:2015/ISO14001:2015/ISO45001:2018/ ISO5001:2018 /ISO14064-1:2018 etc audit process and management requirement Have relevant experience in dealing with third-party audits?
IX) Understand CSR?CSR-Corporate Social Responsibility ??ESH?Environment Health Safety?

Skills and Qualification:

5~10 years + quality management experiences (SMT working experience is preferred) Bachelor or above in electronic Language ability fluent in English and proficient oral Chinese Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment. This position is integral to maintaining the highest standards of quality in SMT PCB assembly processes while fostering continuous improvement within the manufacturing team. Ability to lead training sessions for technical staff on assembly procedures and quality standards. Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies such as root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
