Bring the Cheer -- SMEG Style!

We're seeking a festive and energetic brand ambassador to represent SMEG at the iconic Macy's 34th Street flagship store. You'll be the heart of the holiday magic -- serving cozy cups of hot chocolate made with the SMEG Kettle while sharing product insights and spreading holiday cheer throughout. This is a seasonal opportunity, offering 10-15 hours of work per week, from 12 pm to 5 pm, every Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday throughout December.

What You'll Do:
Prepare hot water to mix with powdered hot chocolate, demonstrating how effortlessly SMEG appliances work Build credibility and strengthen brand loyalty with customers and retail associates Maintain display compliance and ensure product functionality Collect and report industry intelligence and competitive insights Communicate promptly with your supervisor and complete assigned reporting Perform other program-related tasks as assigned

What You'll Bring:

Experience and Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent 1+ years of Retail, Marketing, or Field Agency experience preferred.

Skills and Attributes:

Strong communication and presentation skills Customer-focused with genuine enthusiasm for the SMEG brand Detail-oriented and highly organized Comfortable with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Must be ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification, paid by BDS

The pay range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market data. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on individual qualifications and business needs. All compensation will comply with applicable federal, state, and local minimum wage laws and regulations.
