Job Description

Duties:

Perform outdoor power equipment tests and experiments under the guidance of ownership Collect and analyze data from customers equipment Assist in the repair of customers equipment Conduct quality control inspections on new and used equipment for sale Maintain and calibrate mechanical equipment and tools Provide impeccable customer service in potential sales if a customer needs to purchase new/used equipment Prepare work order reports for customers equipment.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role as an Outdoor Power Equipment Technician is preferred Strong knowledge of mechanical principles and practices - Proficient in using computers and tools provided to complete repairs Ability to read a customer and assist them on making a decision to repair or buy new equipment Excellent problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
