JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Slot Technician

Directly Reports To: Slot Technician Supervisor

Status: Hourly

Description

Responsible for the minor maintenance and repairs of all slot machines. Provides customer service to patrons about minor machine repairs and answers any questions regarding property promotions or events.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

General maintenance of slot machines, tech shops, and storage

Minor Slot machine repairs

Paper fills

Deal with customer disputes in a professional manner

Performs related duties as assigned

Must be flexible with schedule changes

Qualifications and Skills

Experience:

Customer Service

Basic tool knowledge

Computer Literate

Minimum Network/Electronic knowledge

Required Skills:

Able to work quickly and accurately Able to communicate with the public in a friendly and efficient manner Enjoy working with people Good interpersonal skills Team Player Prepared to work weekends and late evenings Must be able to obtain a New Mexico Gaming Control Board Work Permit
Special Skills:

Bilingual English/Spanish

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.50 per hour
