Job Summary:

The Slot Attendant will monitor assigned slot sections ensuring positive and friendly guest service. The position is designed to ensure slot playing customers are kept in play by experiencing the full range of fast and friendly slot service through well maintained machines, efficient change service, and promotion of customer programs and events such as Caesars Rewards and slot tournaments.

• Rate of pay: $6 (Plus Tips)

The Table Games Dealer: The line between work and play is about to be blurred. We are looking for you to join our fun and energetic table games team! No experience required, will we show you around the tables, you\'ll be learning the ins and outs of the games and be shown that you really can play games for a living!

What qualifies you to be a dealer? Great customer service skills and the ability to be quick on your feet with basic math.

• GUARANTEED $20/hr while dealing.
• Earn $14 during training.
• Must meet minimum hiring requirements, including obtaining a gaming license from the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission prior to orientation.

• Performing needed slot machine repairs.
• Selling slot tokens to our guest.
• Handling jackpot and hopper fill transactions promptly, accurately, and with a high degree of customer service.
• Cleaning slot games during slow gaming sessions.
• Observing slot players within assigned area - offer assistance, instructions, and advise on various types of machines in that area.
• Assuring professional, positive, and friendly customer relations within assigned slot section of casino floor.
• Perform the act of mechanically dealing a game in a proficient manner, according to current Company policies and procedures and applicable gaming regulations.
• Responsible for handling guest transactions and notifying Pit Supervisor of any irregularities while advising Floor Supervisor or Pit Manager of any disputes or arguments that may arise during the game among players/dealer.
• Exchanges currency for gaming chips and pay or collect bets according to house rules in an accurate manner.

Qualifications:

• Basic mathematics skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.

Work Environment:

• Ability to stand and walk, and mobility to move easily around entire property for entire shift.
• Must be able to work in areas containing dust, second hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, lighting, vibration, crowds and air quality.
• Must be flexible with schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
