Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Sleep Coach to provide expert guidance to customers in our Troy, MI location. As a Sleep Coach, you will assist guests in finding their perfect sleep solutions, conduct consultations using the Snooze Dream Map technology, and recommend products such as mattresses and pillows tailored to individual needs. You will also educate customers on sleep health and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction. This is an on-site part-time role that requires excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for wellness and sleep improvement.

Qualifications

Customer Service and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients. Product Knowledge and Technology Utilization: Ability to learn and use Snooze Dream Map technology, as well as an understanding of sleep products including mattresses and pillows. Sales and Consultation Expertise: Experience in retail, sales, or coaching, with a focus on delivering personalized solutions to meet individual needs. Wellness and Guidance Skills: Understanding and interest in sleep health, wellness, and the ability to educate others effectively. Flexibility: Ability to adapt to customer needs and work on weekends and evenings as required. Desirable additional experience: Familiarity with sleep health, prior experience in retail bedding or wellness industry is a plus.
