Are You Our Customer Support Specialist?

Why This Role Matters:

As our Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the friendly face and voice of BEE-OCH Organics, ensuring every customer feels heard, valued, and empowered in their clean beauty journey. You'll manage all customer touchpoints--from social media and live chat to phone calls and emails--while educating customers about our products and resolving any concerns with care and expertise. Your role is crucial in building lasting relationships and maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do:



Multi-Channel Customer Communication:



Respond to customer inquiries via email, contact forms, and live chat with professionalism and product knowledge Manage and respond to public comments and messages on Facebook and Instagram Handle incoming phone calls and voicemails with a warm, helpful approach Respond to customer text messages in a timely and engaging manner Maintain consistent brand voice across all communication channels

Product Support & Education:



Provide detailed product information, ingredient explanations, and usage guidance Help customers select the right products for their skin type and concerns Explain our 5-step traceback system and organic certification benefits Share skincare tips and routines to maximize product effectiveness and minimize return rates Stay current on all product knowledge and ingredient benefits Understand complimentary products to upsell and cross sell items that would be a good fit for our customers.

Order & Account Management:



Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and tracking Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy Resolve shipping issues and coordinate with fulfillment team Update customer accounts and maintain accurate customer records Handle billing inquiries and payment processing issues

Problem Resolution & Quality Assurance:



Investigate and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency Escalate complex issues to management when appropriate Document recurring issues and provide feedback to improve processes Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings and response time standards

Team Support & Additional Duties:



Assist with product labeling and packaging during slower customer service periods Support order fulfillment and production teams as needed Help with inventory organization and general office tasks Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations Contribute to positive team environment and company culture

What We're Looking For:



Communication Excellence:



Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Professional phone etiquette and friendly, engaging personality Ability to adapt communication style across different platforms and customer types Strong listening skills to understand and address customer needs effectively

Technical & Digital Proficiency:



Comfort managing multiple communication platforms simultaneously Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) for business use Ability to learn and navigate customer service software and live chat systems Strong typing skills for efficient email and chat responses Basic computer skills and ability to multitask across different applications

Product Knowledge & Learning:



Genuine interest in organic skincare and clean beauty Ability to quickly learn and retain detailed product information Understanding of different skin types and common skincare concerns Willingness to become an expert on our ingredient benefits and formulations

Customer Service Mindset:



Patient, empathetic approach to problem-solving Positive attitude and resilience when dealing with challenging situations Goal-oriented mindset focused on customer satisfaction Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Essential Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years customer service experience (retail, call center, or hospitality preferred) Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficient typing skills (60+ words per minute) Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals Physical ability to assist with light production tasks when needed Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

$18-20 per hour based on experience

Flexible Schedule:

Full-time, 35-40 hours per week with flexible hours after training
