Job Overview


We are seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Skincare Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will provide personalized skincare advice and product recommendations to clients, helping them achieve their beauty and skincare goals. You will also learn, represent, and sell our bespoke line of skincare products, which are custom-formulated based on advanced technology-driven skin assessments for each client. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, excels in customer service, and has a keen eye for sales opportunities. This position offers an engaging environment where you can share your expertise, educate clients on tailored treatment plans, and build lasting relationships.

Duties



Greet clients warmly and assess their skincare needs through consultations Educate clients on various skincare products, ingredients, and routines tailored to their skin type and concerns Recommend suitable products and treatments to enhance client satisfaction and meet sales goals Demonstrate product usage techniques and provide samples when appropriate Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail space Stay informed about the latest skincare trends, products, and industry developments Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty

Skills



Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Strong sales ability with a focus on understanding client needs and recommending appropriate products Knowledge of skincare ingredients, products, and industry trends (training provided if necessary) Effective communication skills to educate clients clearly and confidently Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated Passion for beauty, wellness, and helping clients feel confident in their skin

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $40.00 per hour
