Full-time | Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM (some weekends as needed)

Position Overview

We are seeking a

Skilled Tradesperson or Crew Lead

with at least

2 years of hands-on experience

in one or more trades:

construction, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, or electrical.

The ideal candidate is a

problem solver, independent thinker, and proactive leader

who can manage tasks and team members effectively on site.

Responsibilities

Perform skilled labor in one or more trades (construction, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) Lead and coordinate small teams or assist other trades as needed Follow project plans, blueprints, and instructions accurately Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and teammates Troubleshoot problems on site and propose practical solutions Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience

in any of the listed trades

Own tools and reliable transportation

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Strong work ethic and punctuality Ability to work independently or lead small teams Availability for occasional weekend projects

Schedule & Pay

Full-Time:

Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM (some weekends as needed) Competitive pay based on experience and skill level
