Description
HME is looking for hard working college students that are eager to learn more about the steel fabrication and construction industry. In our production shop you'll see how our fast-growing company operates behind the scenes. Here at HME we can help make it easy for students to gain real-world hands-on experience.


Requirements

Must be a high school graduate pursuing a

college or technical degree.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Currently working towards one of the following applicable degrees: Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Science/Management, Drafting, Mechanical Engineering Tech. Flexible scheduling throughout the school year Strong academic record and passion for the construction industry preferred Analytical and problem-solving skills preferred Ability to handle physical workload required Good time management skills required Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Keen attention to detail Ability to lift 100 pounds required Must be able to successfully complete all post-offer and pre-employment contingencies Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
