Black Hawk, Iowa. Primarily Cedar Falls - Waterloo

Pay:

Job Overview

NSI-Vision is a home cleaning company built on trust, consistency, and respect -- for both clients and our team. We're growing fast in Cedar Falls and looking for detail-oriented, dependable cleaners who take pride in their work and enjoy delivering great results.

You'll work as an independent contractor, choosing your own schedule and service areas. We handle the clients -- you focus on what you do best: delivering high-quality, respectful, no-shortcuts cleaning.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough residential cleanings (kitchens, bathrooms, floors, etc.) Follow our provided checklist and meet our quality standards Bring your own cleaning supplies and maintain a professional appearance Communicate respectfully and clearly with both clients and our team Take initiative and solve basic issues on-site if they arise

What We're Looking For

2+ years of home cleaning experience

preferred Access to your own vehicle, driver's license, and smartphone You have or are willing to get cleaning liability insurance Friendly, honest, and respectful with a high attention to detail Able to manage your time and work independently You care about doing great work -- not just "getting it done"
