Certified Nursing Assistant Opportunity at Premier Skilled Nursing Facility

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will: * Deliver quality hands-on care and assistance to our residents, focusing on daily living needs and personal hygiene.

• Monitor the health conditions of our residents and ensure top-quality services are provided.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, personal care, and community/social integration.
• Help maintain a safe and supportive environment for all residents served.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, following the appropriate procedures.
• Use equipment in a safe and correct manner.
• Report any hazardous conditions, faulty equipment, accidents, or incidents to your supervisor promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date progress notes and any other relevant documentation.
• Participate in resident activity programs, including facility and community-based events.
• Assist with household tasks, ensuring a clean and comfortable living environment for our residents.

REQUIREMENTS: * High School diploma or GED.

• Completion of a CNA certification program.
• Current CNA certification issued by the state.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR, and First Aid certifications.
