Skilled Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Responsible for skilled maintenance of buildings, facilities, grounds, and light equipment. Performs carpentry, electrical, plumbing, welding, and general repairs to various appliances and equipment. Keeps HVAC equipment and systems ready for use. Diagnoses problems and makes general repairs to the interior/exterior of buildings and facilities. Use of hand tools, power tools, and common lawn equipment. Painting, cleaning, and repairing vacated units for turnover. Performs emergency and after-hours work as necessary and/or required.
Requirements:
- Must possess a State of Arkansas driver's license and maintain a good driving record
- Must pass employment drug screening and criminal background check
- Must be able to lift-up to fifty (50) pounds without assistance
- Must be able to operate hand tools, power tools, and lawn equipment
- Must maintain punctuality and attendance as scheduled
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $17.51 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
