Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to perform various manual tasks in a safe and efficient manner. This role is essential in supporting our operations and ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Duties

Perform general labor tasks, including but not limited to lifting, carrying, and moving materials. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Assist in the setup and breakdown of job sites. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure personal and team safety. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.

Requirements

Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) regularly, (50+ pounds short distance occasionally). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Good communication skills and ability to follow directions. Basic knowledge of construction or manufacturing processes is a plus. Must be able to work in various weather conditions as needed. A Valid Driver's License is required.
