Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs for interior and exterior of buildings, and painting. Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition. Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects as needed. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing tasks to ensure a safe work environment.

Preferred Experience

Proven experience as a construction worker or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and maintenance practices. Familiarity with tools, equipment, and materials used in building maintenance. Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and provide practical solutions. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
