Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Skilled Laborer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting construction, maintenance, and renovation projects by performing a variety of hands-on tasks. Your energy, attention to detail will contribute to the successful completion of projects on time and to high standards.

Duties

Assist with the preparation of work sites, including clearing debris, organizing tools and materials Clean work area after each day Perform general construction tasks such as Renovations interior and exteriors Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure work environment for all team members Maintain cleanliness of the work site by removing waste materials and organizing tools and equipment Assist with loading and unloading materials from trucks or storage areas Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

Experience in Residential Construction Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills Good communication skills and the ability to follow directions clearly Understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites Reliable transportation to job sites Must have work authorization
