Job Description

Summary of Work

You will be responsible for assessing and monitoring the health and well-being of our residents. Duties include:

Implementing individualized care plans Providing direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with treatments Recording patient health information and maintaining accurate medical records Overseeing nursing personnel on duty during your assigned shift Collaborating with other departments to ensure residents receive the best possible care

Minimum Qualifications

Active North Dakota RN license Current CPR certification Strong communication and organization skills A self-starter with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Experience in long-term care preferred, but not required
