Overview

We are seeking a skilled Brick Mason to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in masonry and be capable of working on various projects, including residential and commercial buildings. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and must move at a steady pace. As a Brick Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing structures using bricks, concrete blocks, and other materials.

Duties

Construct walls, arches, and other structures using bricks and blocks according to project specifications. Interpret blueprints and schematics to accurately build structures. Ensure proper alignment, levelness, and structural integrity of masonry work. Perform repairs on existing brickwork, including repointing and replacing damaged bricks. Collaborate with other construction professionals such as carpenters and drywall installers on-site.. Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times. Utilize tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and laying bricks & block .

Experience

Proven experience as a Brick Mason or in a similar role within the construction industry. Familiarity with various masonry techniques including tile laying, stucco application, and concrete forming is preferred. Ability to work effectively on construction sites while adhering to safety protocols. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
