Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as laborers. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of our projects. Duties

Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials or equipment. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively, as well as some heavy machinery, under supervision. Follow directions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. Duties include : Physical labor ( raking, shoveling , hauling , lifting over 50 lbs ) , installing pipe , running level/lasers , and various other duties as needed or required for the project Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks on the job site. Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are safely stored and in working order.

Qualifications

Previous labor experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus but not mandatory. Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to completing tasks as assigned. Participate in on-site safety training sessions. Support the team with general labor duties as required. Work in varying weather conditions and be prepared for physical labor.
