Hallcon provides mission-critical employee transportation services to the largest railroad operators in North America. Our work keeps rail operations moving safely and efficiently--and our supervisors play a key part in that mission.



Key Responsibilities

Lead staffing efforts, coordinate scheduling, and support onboarding and training for new employees Champion a safe work environment through consistent training, vehicle inspections, maintenance, and cleanliness Serve as the primary bridge between field employees and corporate teams Partner with the Regional Manager to ensure all assigned locations operate at peak efficiency Work closely with Risk Management to report and resolve safety concerns, violations, injuries, and incidents

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must be able to meet each essential duty and responsibility at a high level.

Minimum 21 years of age Strong verbal and written communication skills Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the last three years

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent 6 months-1 year of experience in team leadership, supervision, or a similar role
