Crossroads Contracting is an award-winning design-build remodeling firm dedicated to improving the remodeling experience for homeowners. We're seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee high-quality residential remodeling projects and lead a talented production team in delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day field operations for multiple remodeling projects ($2M-$3M annual volume) Supervise lead carpenters, apprentices, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and on budget Maintain quality control standards and jobsite organization Communicate daily with homeowners regarding progress, schedules, and changes Perform site visits, manage inspections, and coordinate with Project Managers Enforce company safety, cleanliness, and craftsmanship standards Support warranty work and ensure total customer satisfaction Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and growth within the production department
Qualifications:

High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License preferred 3-5 years of experience in construction management or residential remodeling Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

Schedule:

Full-time Monday - Friday 7AM - 4PM Occasional evenings or weekends may be required
