What You'll Be DoingLead daily operations of the ready mix plant to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency Coordinate with dispatch, drivers, and maintenance teams to meet production goals Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

Work Environment

This role operates in an industrial plant setting with exposure to outdoor weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, and moderate noise levels. The position requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting.
