Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations at multiple sites within the region ensuring efficient management and service delivery. Monitor site compliance with health and safety regulations, and company policies to ensure a safe environment for staff and clients. Conduct regular site inspections and provide support and guidance to site managers and teams. Address any issues or anomalies in service provision promptly to minimize impact on operations and client satisfaction. Develop and implement operational policies and practices that enhance service efficiency and quality across all sites. Manage and coordinate staff training programs to ensure all team members are at peak performance standards. Prepare detailed reports on daily operations, including staff performance and site conditions, accompanied by photographic evidence to support claims. Maintain clear and effective communication with all team members and upper management, ensuring all parties are informed of important developments and decisions. Analyze operational challenges and strategically apply critical thinking to develop viable solutions. Engage with clients to gather feedback and resolve any concerns to maintain high client retention and satisfaction levels.

Requirements

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and sites with a keen attention to detail. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
