POSITION OVERVIEW:



With oversight, provide support for leading and assisting in the resolution of complex problems and technical design gaps across the enterprise.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Drive improvement initiatives that support the overarching global reliability of the company's systems, including capacity planning, failover strategies, performance improvements, reduction of Mean Time to Awareness/Resolve and postmortem


2. Leverage critical thinking to improve best practices and provide enterprise-level recommendations that ensure reliability and resiliency


3. Drive strategic planning in team's planning and execution


4. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures


5. Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience plus Two (2) years of relevant work experience in information technology or engineering environment. Excellent analytical, time management and organizational skills Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy Excellent problem-solving skills for complex and difficult challenges Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage complex projects.

The compensation listed reflects the pay range/rate of pay reasonably expected for this position. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, pay information represents the min/max range for all levels. Actual pay is determined by job-related factors permitted by law, such as relevant experience. Pay:

Pay Range: $71,480.00 - $112,939.00 per year
