The Site Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of programs and projects to ensure all operations align with company objectives, client requirements, regulatory standards, and budgetary guidelines. The Site Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact between the site team, clients, vendors, and corporate leadership.
Dust/Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight - Oversee daily site operations, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency to meet performance targets.
Budget & Cost Control - Develop, monitor, and manage program budgets; identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Compliance & Safety - Ensure all site activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and applicable laws and regulations.
Team Leadership & Development - Supervise, coach, and mentor site staff to achieve performance goals and foster a culture of accountability and growth.
Reporting & Documentation - Maintain accurate records, provide regular progress reports, and present program updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement - Identify operational gaps, propose solutions, and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality.
Client & Stakeholder Management - Act as the primary liaison for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring expectations are exceeded.

Physical Requirements:
This role requires a combination of office and fieldwork, involving both sedentary tasks and moderate physical activity. The physical demands include, but are not limited to:
Standing & Walking: Frequently required to stand and walk around job sites, warehouses, or production areas for extended periods.
Sitting: Sitting at a desk while working on reports, project plans, and communicating with stakeholders.
Lifting & Carrying: Occasionally required to lift and carry materials, documents, or equipment weighing up to 25-50 lbs.
Bending, Stooping & Kneeling: Occasionally required for inspecting job sites or troubleshooting operational issues.
Reaching & Handling: Frequent use of hands and arms to operate computers, tools, or other equipment.
Climbing: May require occasional use of ladders or stairs to access different work areas.
Visual & Auditory Requirements: Must be able to read project documentation, analyze blueprints, and effectively communicate in noisy industrial environments.
Work Environment:
Exposure to industrial settings, including warehouses, factories, and outdoor project sites.
Potential exposure to dust, noise, and moving machinery, requiring adherence to safety protocols.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be necessary in certain work areas.
This position requires a balance between office-based responsibilities and on-site project oversight. The ability to adapt to varying physical and environmental conditions is essential for success in this role.
