We're looking for a

Site Operations Coordinator

to take ownership of our Brownsburg, IN facility and ensure smooth, efficient daily operations. This is a

hands-on role

ideal for someone who loves variety, thrives on responsibility, and enjoys working in a fast-moving environment. You'll coordinate everything from order processing to shipping and inventory while leading one team member and collaborating closely with our Addison, IL headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute daily shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. Process pick tickets and manage order accuracy through our ERP system. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular counts and adjustments. Partner with corporate logistics, purchasing, and customer service to resolve order or freight issues. Lead one warehouse associate by example and ensure smooth workflow. Keep the facility clean, safe, and organized at all times.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations preferred (internships or college experience welcome). Strong organizational and communication skills. Forklift experience or certification preferred (training provided). Comfortable working in a physically active environment and lifting up to 50 lbs. Eager to learn and take ownership of outcomes.
