The Site Manager is responsible for supervising all Operations and Maintenance support activities at the plant level, ensuring compliance with applicable Health & Safety and Quality control programs, training and developing employees, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities and duties include:
1. Direct, coordinate and supervise personnel in scheduling and assigning work and enforcing safety for all present.
2. Communications with customers.
3. Organizing and leading team meetings to review such things as projects, maintenance schedules or safety concerns.
4. Monitor the quality of product and maintain compliance with quality assurance standards and processes.
5. Assist in development and adhering to budget.
6. Procure consumables for plant use.
7. Provide reports to the Management as requested, including but not limited to, Project reports, Purchase order reports, and Mid-month as well as Monthly plant reports.
8. Hire and train qualified personnel in conjunction with the Management Team.
9. Adhere to the guidelines and standards established by Corporate HR for discipline, terminations, and other personnel issues.
10. Travel to other H2G locations, including but not limited to Osceola, Arkansas location, to provide relief or assistance of personnel as needed. In addition to the Duties of the Site Manager, the employee is expected to meet all the Duties and Responsibilities of an Operator.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
