Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable

On-Call Site Manager

to assist with property operations as needed. This flexible role supports daily site functions, coordinates maintenance efforts, and ensures a positive experience for residents and clients.
The right candidate is adaptable, resourceful, and confident stepping into various tasks with professionalism and strong customer service.

Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend or after-hours assignments depending on operational needs

Key Responsibilities

Assist with and oversee daily property operations Coordinate maintenance activities, repairs, and improvement projects Respond to resident and client inquiries promptly and professionally Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance Support resident relations and community engagement initiatives Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and service partners Track expenses, monitor budgets, and support cost-effective operations Enforce site rules, policies, and procedures Maintain logs, records, reports, and other operational documentation Participate in Board meetings and provide updates when requested

Minimum Qualifications

Legally authorized to work in the United States Minimum age: 18 High school diploma or GED Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment/random drug testing Reliable, flexible, and able to work well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in supervision or team leadership Background in property, facility, or residential management Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office) Education or training in business, hospitality, accounting, or property management Familiarity with building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), janitorial practices, or security operations Motivated applicants with little or no experience are encouraged to apply
