About the Role

Indiana Medical Center is expanding and seeking two motivated, detail-driven

Site Leads

to join our dynamic clinical spa team. This is an entry-level leadership position with full training provided -- ideal for candidates who thrive in structured, fast-paced environments and enjoy client interaction, organization, and accountability.

You will be the

first and last impression

for every patient. The Site Lead oversees day-to-day operations, ensures accuracy across digital platforms (PatientNow, RXPhoto, Google Sheets), and maintains a polished, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations & Oversight

Open and close the clinic following IMC's standard operating procedures. Manage patient/staff flow, scheduling, and coordination across multiple systems. Verify payments, documentation, and digital file uploads in

PatientNow

and

Google Sheets

. Complete and submit

Daily Site Lead Reports

accurately by 9:30 AM each morning. Audit ROI and Quarter Payment spreadsheets to confirm data alignment with sales and patient files. Maintain cleanliness, professionalism, and client satisfaction at all times.

Communication & Client Care

Greet and check in patients; verify forms and IDs in RXPhoto. Handle confirmation, retention, and follow-up calls using

Weave

messaging standards Ensure a seamless, confidential, and welcoming client experience.

Team Collaboration

Support estheticians, medical assistants, and management with daily coordination. Maintain open communication across locations through Weave and Google Workspace tools. Promote a positive, solution-focused team culture.

Qualifications

Required

High School Diploma or GED Minimum age 18+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Excellent time management and punctuality Working knowledge of basic arithmetic and algebra Comfortable using

Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional, reliable, and self-motivated

Preferred

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Health, Business, or related field Prior experience in medical, wellness, or aesthetic environments Familiarity with
