As a Project Manager, you'll play a critical role in delivering complex site development projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders. This position reflects the dedication and input of our talented professionals as we expand our impact across the industry.

What You'll Do

Lead & Manage Projects: Oversee project planning, execution, and completion while ensuring budgets, schedules, and quality standards are met. Develop Strategies: Implement risk management plans, optimize efficiency, and drive continuous improvement. Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to regulatory, safety, and industry standards. Manage Teams & Collaboration: Lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Strengthen Client Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term engagement. Drive Business Growth: Expand our market presence by leveraging industry insights and strategic planning.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or an Associate's degree with extensive industry experience). 10+ years of project management experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role. Strategic mindset with the ability to align project goals with business objectives. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to drive results and manage complex projects. Accountability for team and individual performance. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management software. Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.

Additional Requirements


Travel: Frequent travel for client meetings, site visits, and stakeholder coordination. Physical: Ability to sit for extended periods, work on a computer, and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
