Overview:
The Simulation Lab Manager oversees the daily operations, planning, and delivery of simulation-based education and training. This role ensures that simulation activities support educational objectives, accreditation standards, and institutional goals. The Manager is responsible for maintaining equipment, coordinating schedules, supporting faculty and learners, and promoting the effective use of simulation in clinical education. The role also provides administrative support for GME functions such as scholarly activity support, didactic coordination, and faculty development logistics.
Qualifications:
PRE-HIRE QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree within Healthcare, Education, or related field, required
Experience in simulation-based education, clinical training, or healthcare operations, preferred
Technical proficiency with audiovisual systems, manikins, and computer-based simulation programs, preferred
* Must be comfortable working independently and in collaborative team environment consisting of diverse populations of staff, faculty, residents, and other administrative personnel
