Signage Project Manager (Remote Opportunity)

Atlas Sign Industries is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

Project Manager

to oversee custom commercial signage projects from kickoff to completion. If you're passionate about signage and excel at cross-functional collaboration, budgeting, and client communications -- this might be your next great opportunity.

You'll play a vital role in coordinating with clients, internal departments, vendors, and installers to ensure every sign is produced and installed on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standard.

Role Highlights:

Manage a diverse portfolio of signage projects across multiple sectors Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets Liaise with internal design, production, and install teams for smooth project execution Serve as the primary client contact throughout each project's lifecycle Partner with vendors and subs to secure materials, confirm timelines, and support onsite needs Conduct or attend job site reviews to confirm specs and logistics Track progress from sales handoff through to final invoice and project closeout Understand and apply program pricing and custom estimating structures Collaborate with leadership on ongoing process improvements and team goals

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of project management experience in the signage industry

In-depth knowledge of sign fabrication, production, and install workflows Experience with tools like Smartsheet, Outlook, Made2Manage (M2M), and the Microsoft Office Suite Clear communicator and natural problem solver with excellent follow-through Highly organized and capable of managing fast-moving, complex projects Associate or bachelor's degree is a plus Self-motivated and adaptable for both remote and team-based work
