We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sign Installer/Laborer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of various types of signage, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This role requires a blend of technical skills and physical labor, making it suitable for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in an outdoor environment.
Duties
Install, repair, and maintain signs in various locations, including commercial buildings, storefronts, and outdoor spaces.
Utilize tools and equipment effectively, including the use of a gas auger and power tools.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working mostly at ground level, with the occasional heights on ladders or hydraulic lift equipment.
Conduct routine inspections of installed signs to ensure functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Communicate with clients regarding installation timelines, project updates, and any necessary adjustments.
Requirements
Previous experience in sign installation or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
