Earning Potential of $55,000 to $85,000 yearly - Based on Experience and Project Volume

1099 Siding Installer

, you will play a crucial role in helping homeowners improve their home's appearance and durability. You will represent our commitment to quality, excellence, and customer satisfaction on every jobsite.

What You'll Do:

Professionally install vinyl and fiber cement siding according to manufacturer guidelines and company standards Accurately measure, cut, and fit siding materials for a clean, precise finish Demonstrate craftsmanship and attention to detail in every installation Communicate clearly with homeowners to ensure a positive customer experience Maintain a clean and safe work environment on every jobsite Collaborate with our production staff to coordinate materials, scheduling, and inspections Ensure timely completion of projects and report any issues or delays promptly Represent Southern Industries in a professional manner while on site

What You Need:

Proven experience in siding installation (minimum 5 years preferred) Own tools, reliable truck/van, and a valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, work at heights, climb ladders, and perform physical labor General liability insurance and required business documentation Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the jobsite Willingness to comply with background checks and drug screening if required
