We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team, responsible for executing various installation tasks in construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction practices and be adept at working with a variety of materials and tools. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Duties
Perform installation tasks including but not limited to concrete forming, drywall installation, and stucco application.
Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete projects.
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installations according to specifications.
Conduct masonry work as needed, ensuring high-quality finishes.
Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure project timelines are met.
Assist in construction estimating by providing input on material requirements and labor needs.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Skills
Proficiency in concrete forming techniques.
Experience with caulking applications for sealing joints and cracks.
Strong knowledge of power tools operation and maintenance.
Familiarity with drywall installation processes.
Ability to read blueprints accurately and implement plans effectively.
Knowledge of metal stud framing practices.
Experience in masonry work is a plus.
Understanding of construction estimating principles.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced construction site environment.
