Must have High school diploma or GED. Must be at least 18 years of age or older. Must have unrestricted driver's license in the state of New Mexico. Must be able to pass a New Mexico State Caregiving background check and drug screening. The driver is responsible for transporting our residents from one point to another including medical appointments and resident activities. The driver is responsible for keeping the shuttle neat and making sure it is always in great working condition. The driver must be able to communicate effectively with administration and report any concerns regarding the vehicles. Once all scheduled activities have been completed, the driver is expected to interact with clients and assist staff with day to day duties/activities.
Security duties include:
Regular Patrolling: Conduct safety and security patrols of the facility every two hours.
Incident Response: Respond promptly to disturbances or safety concerns, using de-escalation techniques as necessary.
Access Control: Monitor entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access.
Incident Reporting: Accurately document security-related incidents and submit reports promptly.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure security equipment, such as CCTV, alarms, and radios, are operational and report issues immediately.
Collaboration: Work closely with local law enforcement, emergency services, and internal teams as needed.
Training: Stay updated on security protocols and attend training sessions to enhance skills.
