About the Position
Our Shuttle Drivers are the friendly welcoming team members responsible for providing shuttle rides within Vail limits between the hours of 1:00pm-9:00pm upon guest request. These team members spend valuable one-on-one time with our guests speaking with them about their experience, providing recommendations and information about Vail while providing rides in our brand new 2025 Ford Transit. This is a highly tipped position within the Antlers sure to add a boost to the hourly pay.
Primary Responsibilities:
Execute shuttle rides within the limits of Vail on demand from the hours of 1:00pm-9:00pm
Work with the Front Desk Team to execute the delivery of packages across Antlers Property upon arrival for shift at 1:00pm
Maintain and monitor vehicle needs and cleanliness of our brand new 2025 Ford Transit shuttle
Track and report quantity of rides and passengers, along with vehicle mileage between the start and end of a shift
Report vehicle tracking information to the Front Desk team for recording
Assist with the transport of luggage and ski equipment
Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Front Desk Manager
We're Looking for Team Members With
Ability to lift and bags up to 50lbs
Excellent driving skills, always taking our guests and their own safety as top priority
Abundant experience driving in winter conditions
Knowledge of the Vail area including the layout of the villages
Exceptional customer service, communication, and multitasking skills
Calm demeanor under pressure
Professional appearance
Availability to work nights and/or weekends
A passion to grow within the Hospitality industry
