Job Summary:

Are you an empathetic, safety-conscious individual with a passion for helping others? We're searching for a Transportation Driver to join our team! In this role, you'll be the friendly face our passengers see every day, providing door-to-door transportation on a pre-arranged schedule. Your responsibilities go beyond just driving; you'll be a vital part of our community, ensuring every passenger feels safe, secure, and cared for from the moment they are picked up until they are safely dropped off.

A typical day involves more than just getting from point A to point B. You'll assist passengers in and out of the vehicle, help with any personal belongings, and ensure they are properly secured before the journey begins. We are a flexible team and there may be times you will be called upon for non-scheduled transports, so we need someone who can adapt and handle new situations with compassion and professionalism. Your attention to detail is critical, from conducting daily vehicle inspections to reporting any safety issues or incidents. You will also be responsible for keeping the interior and exterior of the vehicle clean and completing daily trip logs and maintenance reports.

The ideal candidate is a cheerful, patient, and responsible individual who takes pride in providing excellent service. You'll be a key part of our team, maintaining regular contact with the Transportation Manager to ensure a smooth experience for all passengers, and working alongside a CNA-Transportation Aide. Most importantly, you'll also be part of a larger supportive network, attending staff meetings and training to ensure you have everything you need to succeed.
