What You'll Do

Safely whisk guests to and from the bustling Pittsburgh International Airport and other local gems Handle guest luggage with care, ready to lift and assist with up to 50+ pounds Ensure the shuttle remains a clean, welcoming haven of rest and relaxation Engage with guests, offering first-class service with a smile, and ensuring their transportation is as comfortable and pleasant as their stay Be vigilant and proactive about vehicle maintenance and safety Embody the spirit of hospitality by supporting our front desk and operations teams to elevate the guest experience

Who You Are

A possessor of a clean driving record and a valid driver's license Known for reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently A communicator par excellence, fluent in the language of outstanding customer service A professional in appearance, with a courteous demeanor, always ready to assist and engage Capable of handling physical tasks, including lifting and assisting with guest luggage Experienced in hospitality or shuttle operations (preferred, but not essential)
