Schedule:
Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

As a Sales Shuttle Driver, you'll play a key role in upholding that mission by being the first and last friendly face our guests see. You are more than just a driver; you are a mobile ambassador, setting the tone for a fantastic visit by providing safe, comfortable, and informative transportation.
You'll expertly navigate our beautiful mountain town, assist guests with their gear, and turn a simple shuttle ride into a warm welcome, sharing your knowledge of Breckenridge to build excitement for the adventures ahead. Responsibilities:
Safely drive tour guests, owners, employees, and sales agents between designated locations.
Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating guest needs and upholding company hospitality standards.
Assist riders with luggage, skis, and other sporting equipment when boarding and exiting the shuttle.
Serve as a company ambassador, using provided scripts to inform guests about Breckenridge and answer questions about local events and activities.
Perform daily preventative maintenance checks on the shuttle vehicle (e.g., fluid levels, tire pressure).
Ensure the shuttle is properly fueled and all fluid levels are replenished as needed.
Keep the shuttle's interior neat and tidy and clean the exterior daily.
Maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs and assist with scheduling repairs.
Adhere to all safe and proper driving practices at all times.
Observe all safety procedures and promptly report any potentially unsafe conditions.
Maintain a valid U.S. driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
Wear the proper uniform and name badge, adhering to company appearance standards.
Assist the sales team by restocking point-of-sale inventory, putting away new shipments, and communicating low stock levels.
Accurately record time and tips using the company timekeeping system.
Attend and actively participate in all required training sessions and department meetings.
Respond promptly to all email and voicemail correspondence.
Requirements: Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist guests with luggage and sporting equipment.
Ability to work outdoors in all seasonal weather conditions, including extreme cold, sun, wind, and snow.
Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English effectively.
Proven experience or demonstrated ability to provide friendly, professional customer service.
A strong commitment to safety procedures and safe driving practices.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work a full-time schedule.
Ability to use basic office equipment and entry-level Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel) for email and timekeeping.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
6+ months of related experience in a customer-facing role, such as driving, hospitality, or tourism.
Familiarity with the town of Breckenridge, local events, and the ski resort.
Basic mechanical inclination or experience performing simple vehicle maintenance checks (e.g., checking oil, tire pressure).
Ability to type by touch, rather than solely by sight.
A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment
