The Shuttle Driver is responsible for providing timely, courteous and safe transportation of our guests and staff to and from base areas and parking lots.
Come work and play at Seattle\xe2\x80\x99s home mountain, The Summit at Snoqualmie. Located an hour from Seattle, at the junction where the Pacific Crest Trail crosses Interstate 90. With summer activities ramping up with spectacular Mountain Biking trails and Scenic Lift Rides, there is lots to do all year long.
Responsibilities
Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Embrace and provide a high quality level of customer service
- Maintain a pleasant, professional and friendly demeanor with all guests and co-workers alike
- Adhere to safety rules to ensure safety of guests, employees and equipment.
- Be aware of surroundings while driving and follow all appropriate traffic laws and regulations.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspection prior to driving the shuttle. Report any problems immediately in writing to the Vehicle Maintenance Department.
What we are looking for:
- Must possess a valid CDL with passenger endorsement
- Able to work independently, yet able to take direction
- Able to pass a criminal history background check
- Strong communication skills
Wage and Benefit Info:
The wage range for this positions is: from $20.00 to $23.00/hr
This is a non-benefited role.
All individuals may contribute to the 401(k). An employee must work 1,000 hours in a calendar year to qualify for the discretionary match (there is a 2 year vesting cliff).
All individuals accrue sick time at 1 hour per 40 hours worked to a maximum of 64 hours per year.
