Job Type: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Cabinet Corner LLC is a locally trusted leader in cabinetry, known for quality products and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a friendly, organized Showroom Coordinator to be the face of our showroom and support our growing sales team.

Position Overview

The Showroom Coordinator is the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom or calling our office. This role includes helping customers with cabinet selections, answering questions, managing walk-in traffic, and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, bids, and follow-ups. This role offers a clear career path to Junior Sales Associate, where commission opportunities begin.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom Help customers make cabinet selections and understand product options Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment Collect customer project details and pass information to the sales team Assist in preparing bids, quotes, and proposals Schedule and follow up on appointments for the sales team and field crews Input and update customer information in CRM or internal systems Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications

Required:

Friendly, bubbly, and professional personality Strong multitasking skills; able to work independently and on a team Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills Professional, presentable appearance Organized, detailed, and dependable Comfortable learning software and assisting with bids
Preferred:

Customer service, sales support, showroom, or retail experience Knowledge of cabinetry, design, or home improvement (or willingness to learn)
Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm Half-hour lunch Hours may vary slightly based on business needs
