As a Showing Specialist, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients--coordinating and conducting property showings, gathering feedback, and guiding buyers through their home search journey. You'll also support offer preparation, maintain regular communication with clients and agents, and assist with various tasks to ensure seamless transactions. With access to quality leads, expert mentorship, and proven systems, you'll concentrate on deepening client relationships, honing your skills, and staying actively involved in the market from day one.

Responsibilities

Graduate from PLACE Experienced Agent Launch Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria Write offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week Participate in weekly script practice per team standards Participate in team activities per team standards Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
