Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven, licensed
New Mexico Realtor
with some real estate experience who is eager to advance their career as a
Showing Partner
. In this role, you will primarily work with buyers by coordinating and conducting property showings, while delivering an exceptional client experience. You will also gain valuable knowledge of advanced systems, strategies, and business models designed to set you up for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with buyers to schedule, coordinate, and lead property showings
Support client communication, follow-ups, and assist with offer preparation
Utilize proven scripts, systems, and strategies to meet client needs effectively
Provide a professional and outstanding client experience representing the team
Collaborate closely with senior agents and team members to meet shared objectives
Qualifications:
Active New Mexico real estate license
(mandatory)
Previous experience in real estate, such as transaction coordination, showings, or sales support
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
A growth-oriented mindset, coachability, and willingness to adopt established systems
Dedication to pursuing a full-time real estate career within a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities
Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
Participate as and active team member in weekly script practice per team standards
Participate as an active team member in team activities per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
