Your role will involve collaborating with our licensed real estate agents to facilitate home showings, tours, and open houses. We are looking for a bright, ambitious, and accountable individual who is serious about building a career in real estate and possesses a strong sense of commitment and self-discipline.

Responsibilities

Work with Buyer Agents to guide their clients to homes Host three open houses per month Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria Participate in weekly script practice per team standards Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly training, and Partner Call

Qualifications

You have the desire to support others while being committed to your growth in real estate and leadership skills.



Already a licensed real estate agent or planning to be licensed Positive and good energy Ability to spend a significant amount of time driving in their car Strong written and verbal communication skills Have a sense of humor Organized and accountable Internally motivated Willingness to learn
